Shipping Coverage We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days (£5.00)
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (pricing varies)
- Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day
Packaging & Protection All our products undergo rigorous drop testing to ensure adequate protection during transit. We use specialized packaging designed to protect glass bottles and maintain product quality throughout the shipping process.
Age Verification Required
- All deliveries require age verification (18+)
- Valid photo ID must be presented at delivery
- If recipient cannot provide ID, the order will be returned to sender
- Someone 18+ must be available to receive the delivery
Shipping Costs
- UK Standard: £5.00
- Free shipping on orders over £35
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location
Delivery Attempts
- Carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If unsuccessful, items will be returned to sender
- Re-delivery fees may apply for subsequent delivery attempts
Tracking All orders include tracking information sent via email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues
- Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses
- Weather or carrier delays are beyond our control
