Deliveries may only be received by someone over the legal drinking age. If valid ID cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and no refund will be issued.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or refuse orders where necessary (e.g., to comply with licensing regulations or prevent reselling).

SECTION 4 - ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase alcoholic products from Foxcubbrewing Ltd. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:

We suspect resale or commercial use,

We cannot fulfil due to stock or licensing restrictions.

In such cases, you will be refunded any amounts paid (except where refusal is due to breach of age restrictions).

Deliveries are made to UK addresses only (unless otherwise specified). Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external events.

Alcohol will only be delivered to an individual of legal drinking age. Couriers may request proof of age at delivery. Failure to provide valid ID may result in your order being returned to us with no refund issued.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we cannot accept returns once delivered, unless goods are faulty or damaged.
